Using CINQ
By creating an account or using cinq.watch you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private.
Your content
You own what you post. You give CINQ a licence to store, display and distribute it within the service so that other members can see it, and to make the copies needed to run the service. You can delete your posts at any time; deleting your account removes your content.
Be decent
- No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content involving minors.
- No spam, scams, impersonation, or automated scraping.
- No uploading content you don’t have the right to share, including recordings of films or shows.
- Video calls and channels are for people, not for broadcasting copyrighted video.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Streaming services
CINQ is not affiliated with Netflix, Prime Video, Max, Disney+, Hulu, Peacock, Apple TV+, or any other service. “Open in” links send you to those services; your subscriptions and their terms are between you and them. Watch history you import is your own data.
Film and TV data
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Trailers are provided by YouTube under YouTube’s terms.
Availability
CINQ is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it up, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. You can stop using CINQ at any time, and we can end or suspend access for breaches of these terms.
